The Miami Herald has selected US Condo Exchange, an online marketplace where condos can be listed, researched, negotiated and purchased in real time, as the portal for condo marketing and advertising published in The Miami Herald.

Miami, FL, USA, April 13, 2006 -- The Miami Herald has selected US Condo Exchange, an online marketplace where condos can be listed, researched, negotiated and purchased in real time, as the portal for condo marketing and advertising published in The Miami Herald, according to Kim Marcille, Vice President of New Initiatives for The Miami Herald.

Condo liner classified advertisements published in The Miami Herald will also appear on MiamiHerald.uscondex.com (MiamiHerald.uscondex.com) where buyers will also be able to view unlimited photos, floor plans, building amenities, satellite maps, neighborhood descriptions and more.

"This new venture points to the skyrocketing importance of online advertising as an extension of newspaper classified and display ads," noted Marcille. "The Miami Herald's print products represent the region's leading real estate marketplace - now we can offer our advertisers unsurpassed reach and value in online marketing and advertising."

The site's global reach is a distinct advantage for developers and brokers who look to foreign markets for buyers. "Through US Condo Exchange's affiliation with some of Europe's leading real estate websites, properties showcased on MiamiHerald.uscondex.com will reach a wide international audience," said Marcille.

Developers and brokers can enjoy even greater visibility and exposure on MiamiHerald.uscondex.com by choosing from a wide variety of competitively priced "add-on" packages that include featured homepage banners, showcase listings and numerous other multimedia marketing options.

MiamiHerald.uscondex.com also serves lawyers, escrow agents, mortgage brokers, banks, title insurers, condo inspectors and any other service providers interested in reaching participants in the condo market. In addition to purchasing print ads in Miami Herald products, these businesses can now purchase site ads, directory listings and other multimedia presentations that will help them reach the South Florida condo market.

US Condo Exchange currently has nearly 50,000 listings valued at over $23 billion. It has offices in Miami and New York City, and is on the web at www.uscondex.com.
