Westbury to convert 366 apartments to condos

Four years was all Gannon Development needed to decide to turn The Westbury at Lake Brandon into condominiums.

The 20-acre residential community is comprised of of 366 apartments in 17 buildings.

Westbury is part of the "growing trend toward condominium conversions," said Roland Burke, president of Gannon Development.

Westbury will offer a choice of one-, two- and three-bedroom condos in eight floor plans ranging from 714 square feet to 1,196 square feet. Prices will range from $130,000 to more than $200,000.

An opening is scheduled for May.
