Historic Beach hotel to also house condos



The Patrinely Group has announced the on-site sales center for The Saxony Hotel and Tower Residences, at 3201 Collins Ave., Miami Beach.

The 15-story historic hotel will house 120 hotel-condominium suites and 36 one- and two-bedroom units. The new tower being built adjacent to the hotel will house 55 one-, two- and three-bedroom condo units. Prices range from the $600,000s to $8 million. Completion is expected by winter 2008. CITY GARDENS TO RISE

IN POMPANO BEACH

The onsite sales center for City Gardens, a Betzak Communities mixed-use building, has opened at 2190 NE Fourth St., Pompano Beach.

Six homes from the Historic Lakes District in Hollywood will be featured in the Hollywood Historical Society's Fifth Annual Home Tour, 12:30 to 4 p.m. Feb. 19.
