USCONDEX HIRES SEASONED LOGISTICS EXPERT TO MANAGE $40 BILLION-PLUS CONDO INVENTORY
Miami, Fla. -- U.S. Condo ExchangeT, LLC ("USCONDEXT"), today announced that Veronica Reina has joined the firm as Product Manager in charge of creating and managing more than $40 billion in inventory listings for the online marketplace at www.uscondex.com. Ms. Reina, who has spent more than a decade specializing in logistics and quality control with major global logistic companies including UPS Supply Chain Solutions ("UPS"), will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the more than 40,000 condo listings currently on the USCONDEX site, with thousands more added weekly. Ms. Reina will oversee all operational procedures pertaining to online listings including the online technology that provides easy-to-navigate formatting and side-by-side comparisons and the quality control of listings garnered from development firms, the brokerage community, multiple listing services and individual owners throughout Florida, and within the next 24 months, throughout the nation. Ms. Reina will also oversee inventory movement and tracking, analyze internal and external processes, review purchase order performance metrics, and perform other duties as they related to the complete customer satisfaction of USCONDEX participants.

The field of logistics is a very specialized field that will become of increasing importance as online marketplaces proliferate. According to Ms. Reina, some of the considerations for peak logistical performance for USCONDEX include:
- Designing a condo inventory listing process that is streamlined but complete;
- Managing inflow from listing parties including international condo owners/investors;
- Using technology to manage inventory and integrate the movement of information among all parties;
- Aligning the needs of the inventory supplier, the condo seller, with the needs of the end-user, the condo purchaser;
- Assessing and changing practices and operations to maximize effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Says Ms. Reina, "First and foremost, we are providing condo inventory to the worldwide marketplace. Our success is only as good as the information we provide, so quality control is of the utmost importance."
Ms. Reina comes to USCONDEX from UPS in Miami. UPS is the world's largest package delivery company and a global leader in supply chain services, synchronizing the movement of goods, information and funds worldwide. During her tenure as a Customer Service/Account Manager with the firm, Ms. Reina focused on increased productivity and operational procedures for Fortune 500 companies such as Dell and HP, helping to analyze all trade lanes to shorten supply chains. She also played a key role helping senior management launch the integration of a U.S. Customs communication software into the entire UPS Latin American District including Miami. In that role, she trained hundreds of employees, addressed problem solving, and developed a worldwide user's manual. Ms. Rein also served as a chairperson of a UPS program which fostered employee interaction and action.
Prior to UPS, Ms. Reina was Operations Manager of Sovereign Logistics, Inc., a freight forwarder and customs brokerage firm [in Miami] and a Traffic Coordinator with Norfolk-based C.V. International Incorporated Previously, she served as an Accounting Specialist with Swimways Corporation.
Ms. Reina received her Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Saint Leo University in Norfolk, Virginia. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has served as a crisis translator among other charitable work.
