Miami, Fla. -- The U.S. Condo Exchange ("USCONDEXT"), www.uscondex.com, the online exchange where condos can be bought and sold in real time 24-hours a day from anywhere in the world, today announced that ITFlorida has selected it as a finalist in its 2005 awards competition, with USCONDEX having distinguished itself and its industry with some of the best applications of information technology in the state of Florida. USCONDEX was chosen for Excellence in IT Leadership-South based on the leadership, innovation and effectiveness with which it is helping to advance the field of information technology in Florida . ITFlorida, www.itflorida.com, is a not-for-profit organization that represents the state's information technology businesses and communities on a statewide basis. Finalists will be recognized at the awards gala on December 14, at which time Governor Jeb Bush will deliver his annual State of Technology Address and President Leonel Fernandez of the Dominican Republic will address the international importance of technology.
Noted the chair of the IT Florida awards committee, Jim Albert, regarding the finalists, "We are excited to have the opportunity to recognize and celebrate their efforts and to showcase how our industry is improving the lives of Floridians."
